1. Our Products

We offer personalized digital name artwork (PDF files) and hand-painted, made-to-order name artwork.

2. Digital PDF Products

Our digital artwork is created individually using the name and design selected by the customer.

Digital products are delivered electronically by email. No physical item is shipped.

For consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content may expire once delivery begins, provided the legally required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained and confirmed.

3. Personalized Hand-Painted Artwork

Our hand-painted artwork is individually created according to the customer’s specifications.

The statutory right of withdrawal generally does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to the consumer’s individual choices or are clearly personalized.

4. Incorrect or Defective Orders

If you receive an incorrect name, the wrong design, a defective file, or an artwork that does not match your order, please contact us.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Where a refund is legally required, it will be processed using the applicable payment method.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
